We start at 8am with Rachel's team. Coach Mom and Rachel are on Team China. We must not have started when the picture was taken because I usually have sweat rings all over the place by the time we finish. It's hot out there.
Gabriel gets to sit out for a minute. Looks hot. Drink some more of that water while you can. Gabriel's team is Ghana.
